How booking works

  1. Start with an idea

Rough dates and a vague idea are enough. Working out the rest is most of the job.

    Start here
  2. Answer a few questions

Who is going, what you want out of it, what you would rather not spend on. A bad fit is cheap to catch here.

  3. See the real numbers

Fare plus everything mandatory, so the number you compare is the number you pay.

    See how we price it
  4. Decide in your own time

No fee for any of the above, and no obligation at the end of it. Booking it yourself is a fine outcome.

  5. Booking and deposit

The reservation is made through WorldVia Travel Group. Payment goes to the supplier, taken through the host agency's system rather than by us. This site never handles card details.

    How we are paid
  6. Right up to departure

We watch for price drops, remind you before final payment, and handle changes so you are not the one on hold.

This costs you nothing

No planning fee, no consultation fee, no service fee. We are paid a commission by the company you book with, out of their margin, so booking through us costs the same as booking direct. The full disclosure is here, including what we will not do.

Questions people actually ask

Am I locked in once I ask?

No. Nothing is booked until you say so, and asking costs nothing either way.

Who holds the booking?

WorldVia Travel Group holds the supplier relationships, the client records and the reservation itself. They are named on the privacy page for that reason.

Can I still use the calculator if I book elsewhere?

Yes, and that is deliberate. It asks for no email and works whether or not you ever speak to us.

How much is the deposit, and when is the rest due?

The supplier sets both, and they vary a lot. A cruise line might take a few hundred per person and want the balance ninety days out. A resort might want all of it up front. We give you the exact figure and the exact date before you pay anything, and both are in writing on your confirmation.

What if I need to change or cancel?

That depends on what you booked. Most suppliers have a window where changes cost little, and penalties that grow as departure gets closer. We tell you those dates before you commit, not after. If something does change, handling it is our job.
